2. How closely did you follow your specific schedule over the last 4 days?
3. Do any of your medications have special instructions… If so, how often did you follow those instructions over the last 4 days?
4. When was the last time you missed any of your medications?
5. Did you miss any of your medications last weekend-last Saturday or Sunday?

Internal Reliability

Cronbach’s α for the five items were as follows: 0.81, 0.83, 0.84, 0.83, 0.83.

Validity

Criterion-related validity was assessed via comparison with plasma HIV RNA and electronic monitoring data.
